This backflap PVC is a replacement part. Your Phil & Teds buggy came complete with the phil&teds backflap PVC. When the seat is reclined flat, the PVC attaches at the rear to guard against wet weather & wind. The material is the same material as that found on the Phil & Teds stormy weather cover.
