At Albee Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain safety items and final sale products may be exempt from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and ensure all tags, manuals, and accessories are included before sealing the shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
